about Sagnaslóð

The company is a small, family-run riding-tour project, for international guests. Hreinn, the owner (see picture –>),
and his sons manage and ride the tours, along with cousins, friends and aquaintances. We are located in a town called Selfoss, in the South of Iceland, and our horses stand at the neighbouring farm Torfastaðir I.

The company was founded in 2008 and has through the years, in spite of its smallish size, ridden with guests in most parts of the country. Preferably 7+ days tours, for advanced riders.
Fx. the Westfjords, Snæfellsnes, Fjallabak, Kjölur and Sprengisandur .. all the highlights of Icelandic horse tourism.
